We're a small kitchen at Goodsheds cooking South Indian street food. The parotta is made and griddled here, not bought in frozen — layered, flaky and torn apart by hand. Everything goes out hot, whether you're eating on a bench outside or taking it home. Plenty on the menu for vegetarians and vegans, and we'll tell you honestly how hot something is before you order it.
